FW : all / for all willings / (hereinafter "the Company") is committed to protecting the personal information of users of "RE:public" (hereinafter "the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use and protect it.

1. Information We Collect

At Registration

  • Email address
  • Display name
  • Password (encrypted and managed via Firebase Authentication)
  • When using Google OAuth: Display name and email address from your Google account

During Service Use

  • Property search information (property name, address, area, price, etc.)
  • Report purchase history
  • Chat content with the AI Consultant
  • Subscription contract information

Information We Do Not Collect

  • Credit card information (processed directly by Stripe; never stored on our servers)
  • Government-issued identification documents

2. Purpose of Use

  • Generation and delivery of reports
  • Provision of AI Consultant service
  • Account management and authentication
  • Payment processing (via Stripe)
  • Service-related notifications (purchase confirmations, report completion notices, etc.)
  • Service quality improvement and analysis accuracy enhancement
  • Prevention of unauthorized use

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:

  • When required by law
  • With your consent
  • When providing minimum necessary information to Stripe for payment processing
  • When sending data required for analysis to the AI processing platform (Anthropic) for the AI Consultant feature

4. Data Storage

  • Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase).
  • All communications are encrypted via HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
  • Firestore security rules ensure users can only access their own data.

5. Data Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time from their account page. All associated personal data will be promptly deleted upon account deletion.

6. Use of Cookies

This Service uses cookies to maintain authentication state and improve the service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.

7. Changes to This Policy

The Company may revise this Privacy Policy as needed. Significant changes will be notified through the Service.
